# GraphQL subscription update

Have added details on how to set up GraphQL subscriptions with URQL client in [GraphQL Subscriptions - GraphQL](https://dgraph.io/docs/graphql/subscriptions/) with some snippets of a React app.

We are still using the old ‘subscriptions-transport-ws’ subprotocol.  
If someone in the community is willing to help implement [graphql-ws](https://github.com/enisdenjo/graphql-ws) protocol, let me know.
