# Https://cloud.dgraph.io/\_/support support form will not submit a ticket

While submitting ticket I just get a “Failed to create ticket, try again later” Error/Snackbar.  
Chrome console: “TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘id’) at support.hook.ts:86:50”

I have some ongoing critical issues going on with dgraph cloud backends and I cannot get in touch with support.
