Is it secure to put UID generated by Dgraph in URL?

In my web app, I am using UID generated by Dgraph in the URL as a parameter like
e.g. example.com/post/0x35b71

Is it safe? If not then what are the alternatives?

The graphoverflow project uses a similar approach.

It’s more and less like a ID in mysql.
