Hi team,

I’m trying to import the existing date to my to my new dgraph cloud backend instance but I’m getting below mentioned errors.

My new dgraph backend instance is the paid version. I have paid $9.99 for monthly subscription.

To import the data in a fresh cluster I’m currently unzipping this file and using the set { ...exported RDF data in here... } mutation to load the data. This however isn’t a good solution, as it throws Uid: [UID being set] cannot be greater than lease: [10000] and I have to manually update the UID lease before importing the data. If the RDF data were exported with…

Use docker ps, in the field ‘NAMES’ you should see dgraph. This error is saying that there is no connection to the cluster (Zero + Alpha). Since this step is using the same container, this error should not occur. This error would only happen in two scenarios. 1 - You are executing the Live load in another container and that means tha…

I have referred above mentioned links but not able to figure out the issue and fix it.

Hi @Yuvaraj_Mageshkumar ,
Welcome!
The grpc endpoint is incorrect. I have shared the right endpoint over our chat.
Please review the documentation [here](https://dgraph.io/docs/cloud/admin/import-export/#importing-data-with-live-loader).
Thanks and regards.
Anand.
