Can't find record use alloftext or allofterms but eq fun is working

Are you using fulltext indexing?

Maybe you need to set the lang tag correctly. But I think is the indexing.

Context:

You could refer to Anyofterms doesn’t work as expected with Chinese characters. It has been fixed in 1.0.11. BTW, You should add language @zh when you add the company name with Chinese, and find with “<邹平西王建筑有限责任公司>
