Cleanup the whole thing (delete all files generated by Dgraph) and try again.
I’ll start up an entirely new machine and try again tomorrow. Thanks for all your time Michel!

Don’t need to start a new machine. Just go into the machine via SSH and go doing like rm -rf /dgraph
Michel jumped on call with me to debug the issue. He started the processes from a different directory in case there were leftover files(?) in the home directory. UI shows 3/3 health line.
