This is the second time this happen:
The server says healthy but it’s actually unusable and all I can do is delete the entire machine and recreate.

Was it a free/shared backend that you created that wasn’t healthy? Could you please share with me your GraphQL endpoint or the email associated with the Dgraph Account so that I can investigate what caused this behavior.
Could you finally get a healthy backend created?
