Quite hard to tell. What I recommend is
1 - double-check if your cluster is well configured.
2 - Then, export your data.
3 - upgrade(always good).
4 - Reimport the data to the new cluster and repeat the test.
Share more details. What are your specs, which OS or container system you are using. Whether you have any difficulty with it or not. And so on.
thanks, i find someone delete vlog from one machine of the cluster, this is the cause of the data loss?
