Hi All,

Currently i’m running dgraph directly on host using the single host setup on EC2 instance(Linux)

Using the pydgraph to do the data ingestion and volume of the processing file size is in GB. So what is happening is its working for first few thousand records properly and immediately started getting error message as transaction has been aborted.Please retry

I have verified both Zero and Alpha logs and there is no specific information related with this. Need immediate support on this

Reduce the load pressure, you probably don’t have enough resources. GB dataset is a pretty good pressure.

Is there any specific article/information, i should look for for handling 8 or 10GB file. Please suggest what would be ideal configuration for handling such big files?

It depends a lot on the context. I recommend a beefy machine for a GB dataset.
