Welcome to another release. This one comes less than a week after v1.0.12 with important bug fixes. If you’re running v1.0.12, please upgrade to v1.0.13. It is safe to upgrade in-place without a data export and import.
If you’re upgrading from v1.0.11 and before, then you can skip v1.0.12 and jump straight to v1.0.13. However, you must export and re-import data as the data format has changed in v1.0.12.
