Ratel doesn't remember console's orientation

Open Ratel. Goto console. Find horizontal division. Change it to vertical division. Go to schema. Go back to console. Orientation goes back again to horizontal. Brrr . -_- .

We’ve fixed this by deprecating horizontal division :sweat_smile:
vertical panels is now default and only mode
