Schema load time are super high intermittently

Steps to Reproduce

  1. When you have an existing Schema and go to Schema menu.
  2. Some instance the load time for schema is real time and there are times when the schema load can take upto 60 secs and in some cases almost never shows up.

The screen displays fetching schema and stays there.

Things verified
Internet connection is fine.

The backends in free tier will experience some warm up time if the backend has been inactive for a period. You can read more about the Pricing Model here.
