Types missing in Bulk Edit

The Bulk Edit section in Ratel shows the predicates, but none of the types.

Showing the type information would be helpful so that we can edit the existing types as text instead of the UI, or to copy the types as an “export” to load into a different Dgraph cluster.

Implemented in e70981, will go live with the next re-build of Ratel.
