Update docs on binary backups to make it idiot proof

I did a series of incremental binary backups into an aws bucket successfully, several folders were created in the process. These folders i believed were extrenous and that only the most recently created folder was needed, so i deleted all but the latest (a decision in retrospect was quite stupid on my part :man_facepalming:t6:)

When i tried restoring i got the following error:

Writing postings to: /var/db/dgraph
expected a BackupNum value of 1 for first manifest but got 2

confirming my inane decision.
So iā€™m proposing the docs be updated with a red boldly written sentence cautioning against deleting anything in the buckets.

scroobius-pip,

Thank you for your post. I will inform the documentation team of your suggestion.
