By default, any predicate that has name in it is shown. But the reason you are not seeing anything is that the name@en predicate is not present for that node or its value is an empty string.
Try clicking the node - all of its predicates are shown in the footer. I have attached an image - look at the bottom where it says [Node] uid:0x146a6 which means it doesn’t have any of the predicates you asked for in the query.
