Billing shows 0 credits used

Sometimes when I log in, the billing shows 0 credits used, even when the top right shows the correct number of credits left every time (which is strange). Whenever it shows that, it just stays at 0, and doesn’t fix itself.

I know @aelbannan was working on this, but I don’t think it’s fixed yet.

We’re currently investigating this. @akashjain971 has found a probable cause, so it should be fixed soon.
