Draph ratel started automatically in Windows

Hi, l found dgraph ratel stared every time l start my windows, why ?
Dgraph version : v1.2.1 (Windows)

How did you install it?
docker/kubernetes/standalone?
What URL do you use to access Ratel?

Standalone, according to the commands listed in Downloads | Dgraph, nothing more.
http://localhost:8000

My bad.

All the GUI in the home page,

http://localhost:8000,

to http://localhost:8000/?local (?latest)

are all ajax, without go through the server, page will only fail until you refresh it !

Sounds like there was some confusion with how caching of the Ratel page worked in the browser. and it seem to have been resolved now.
