Wisemonk interrupt gently on all channels

This is regarding interruption by Wisemonk on General channel.

I was thinking maybe we remove Yoda and only display a Go Proverb and the URL of the discourse topic that was created. We have gotten used to Yoda, so we don’t move to Discourse if we don’t want to. Also, it gets irritating because it’s difficult to see the last message before Yoda warns us.

This would also mean it’s easier to turn on Wisemonk warnings on General channel without implementing functionality for a custom message for different channels.

Yup, that’s exactly what I had in mind. Just don’t show the Yoda image, that would achieve the gentle reminders. Also, allow a different threshold for the general channel.
